INGREDIENTS 12 ounces broccoli florets 2 teaspoons lemon zest 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 tablespoon lemon olive oil (Suggested brand- O Olive Oil) 1 tablespoon water 2 tablespoons lemon juice salt & freshly ground black pepper three-cheese blend, for garnish (to taste) DIRECTIONS Add broccoli florets, lemon zest, minced garlic, lemon olive oil, and 1 tablespoon water to a microwave-safe bowl. Stir to coat completely. Cover bowl with plastic and microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes. Check for tenderness; cook 1 more minute if needed. Sprinkle lemon juice over broccoli and toss to coat.
